I am married with grown up children, love animals and meeting people.
I started my counselling Journey in 2004. I studied at Strode College and Redlands Training Centre in Bournemouth. I gained CPCAB Diploma's in Therapeutic Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. As part of my training I had over 50 hours of personal counselling. I volunteered with Exeter Drug Project and Turning Point. Qualifying in 2009, I worked as a counsellor in the Balsam Centre Wincanton and set up my own private practice.
I moved to Suffolk in 2013 and again set up in private practice and now have nearly 900 clients hours. I am committed to my continue personal development and undertake regular training and workshops. I am at present undertaking a diploma in Eating Disorders.

I am a registered Member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) I abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have a enhanced DBS and am fully insured. I receive on going supervision, one of the requirements of the BACP.
